Quick fixes
- Scan isn't working? Check DUPI has camera and photo permissions in your device settings, then try again.
- No results? Try a clearer, well-lit photo of a single item, or edit the description before searching.
- App acting up? Close and reopen it; if that fails, reinstall — your account and saved finds are safe in the cloud.
