Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the DUPI app and website, provided by DUPI Technology Ltd (company no. 17320242). By using DUPI you agree to them.

Using DUPI

DUPI helps you find stylish, affordable alternatives to fashion items and personalises suggestions to your colours. Use it for personal, lawful purposes. Don't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Finds, prices and links

Results come from real retailers. Prices, availability and product details are set by those retailers and can change at any time — we show them in good faith but can't guarantee them. DUPI finds similar-looking legitimate products; we do not sell or endorse counterfeits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us permission to process them to provide the search and matching features. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to.

Subscriptions

DUPI is free to use, and identifies your first item at no cost. Two paid plans unlock more: Premium at £3.99 a month adds unlimited scans and personal verdicts, and VIP adds AI colour analysis and AI-generated outfit looks — £5.99 a month, or £44.99 for a year (which works out at £3.75 a month). Prices shown in the app are the ones that apply to you, in your local currency, and take precedence over the figures here.

Where a free trial is offered, its length is shown on the purchase screen before you buy. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the price and billing period shown alongside it. Only one free trial is available per store account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us, and your subscription is managed in your App Store or Google Play account — that is also where you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you are a consumer in the UK you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, that right is lost once the content has been supplied with your consent. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; we can help you find the right place to ask.

Affiliate links

Some retailer links carry an affiliate tag, meaning we may earn a small commission if you buy. This never changes the price you pay.

Liability

DUPI is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for purchasing decisions you make based on results, or for retailer products and transactions.
